The Public Procurements Directorate shall plan and organize the public procurement procedures across the Agency, preparing schedules in relation to them through the respective year and shall monitor their conformity with the effective laws; the Directorate shall assure conformity of the public procurement related procedures to the effective legislation; it shall assure conformity with law of the acts of the Chairperson in his capacity of a property titles managing authority of Unified System Operator State Enterprise; compiling and maintaining a register of the public procurements within the Agency.
