The Financial Controller shall directly report to the Agency Chairperson and shall carry out preliminary control on conformity with law, pursuant to the Public Sector Financial Management and Control Act. The Financial Controller shall carry out the required inspections and provide expert opinion on matters related to the conformity with law regarding the financial activities of the Agency. The methods and procedures of carrying out preliminary control on part of the Financial Controller shall be set out by internal acts, pursuant to the instructions of the Minister of Finance.
