The Specialized Administration shall provide support to the Chairperson of the Electronic Governance State Agency in performing his duties and powers conferred on him.

The Specialized Administration shall be structured to comprise a Directorate General and 6 Directorates:

1. E-Governance Policies Directorate;
2. E-Governance Project and Activities Planning and Management Directorate;
3. Information Systems and Interoperability Directorate;
4. Electronic Identification Directorate;
5. Communication and Information Infrastructure Directorate;
6. Network and Information Security Directorate;
7. Special Purpose Communication Sites Directorate General.
