The Public Relations Expert shall carry out the planning and implementation of the communication policies, the activities regarding the information and publicity, as well as media relations with State e-Government Agency (SEGA). The Expert shall inform the public on the policies, programs and activities of the Agency and shall assure transparency and publicity regarding the implementation of SEGA policies. The Expert shall coordinate and implement the public events of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairpersons and Agency Employees. He shall analyze the information policy implementation related to SEGA and shall provide evaluation regarding its efficiency. He shall plan, organize and coordinate sociological surveys of public opinion and the attitude of public towards the public activities and policies implemented by the Agency.

The Public Relations Expert of SEGA shall also be responsible about decision-making related to granting or refusing public information.
