Special Purpose Communication Sites Directorate General (SPCSDG) shall assure the territory related competences of the Electronic Governance State Agency in the field of establishing, maintaining and operating Special Purpose Communication Sites (SPCS), which shall be part of the Integrated Communication and Information System for State Management in the event of declaring State of emergency or “War Footing” and/or “State of war”.

“Serdika” Territorial Directorate shall organize, coordinate and provide control on the technical and technological processes related to operating SPCS and storage centers, located on the territory of the regions of Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Sofia, Sofia City, Pernik, Vidin, Vratsa and Montana.

“Miziya” Territorial Directorate shall organize, coordinate and provide control on the technical and technological processes related to operating SPCS and storage centers, located on the territory of the regions of Varna, Veliko Turnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Lovech, Pleven, Razgrad, Ruse, Shumen, Targovishte and Silistra.

“Thrace” Territorial Directorate shall organize, coordinate and provide control on the technical and technological processes related to operating SPCS and storage centers, located on the territory of the regions of Burgas, Kardzhali, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Sliven, Smolyan, Stara Zagora, Haskovo and Yambol.
